Travel Outside of Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties

Are you located outside of Santa Barbara or SLO counties but still want to work with us? No problem! Here's how we roll:

For sessions 100 miles or more from Orcutt, California, a travel rate comes into play. This rate varies based on location and ensures we are able to be fully present for our work with you, no matter the miles.

What even Is a Personal Brand?

Branding is the core message a business or individual wants to communicate to their audience or clients. Its how you or your brand makes people feel and how you will solve their problem or help transform them into who they want to be. A personal brand is all of those things but relating specifically to an individual. To put it in simple terms: Apple is a brand, Steve Jobs is a Personal Brand.

Is a Personal Branding Session right for me and is it even important?

If you are looking to take your small business or personal brand to the next level then yes, a personal brand photography session is absolutely right for you. High-quality images will help your potential clients, collaborators, or employers not only trust you but also trust that they are getting work from you (whatever that looks like for you). More than that though, websites and content with high-quality images are 40% more successful at engaging and converting than those without.

What do I get with my personal Branding Session?

All of my packages include a pre-shoot strategy and planning session so we can maximize our efforts come shoot day. They also include a brand photo library delivered digitally as well as full commercial usage rights.

Once I have my images, do you provide guidance on how to use them?

Before we even start your session we will walk through how you plan to use them and I am always happy to walk you through examples of how you can use them on social media or online. If you are looking for more in-depth social media strategies and assistance, I offer social media consulting services which you can learn more about here.

Where do you offer Photo sessions?

I am based in Northern Santa Barbara County and mostly work with folks in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. However, if you are located outside of my radius, I would be thrilled to work with you for an added travel fee, although if you'd like to work with someone a little closer to home I would be happy to point you in the direction of some photographers I know and love.

Okay, you convinced me, what are the steps to working with you?

Huzzah, hooray, and bravo! You are awesome and I know we just met but boy howdy, I love you. Here is how this ship will sail:

1. Book a free discovery call: Tell me about your business, project, what-have-you and we will work together to decide which package is the most appropriate for your situation
2. Schedule your photo session: Once you've signed an Agreement, paid the invoice, and your session is on the calendar we will have a pre-shoot meeting to discuss a shot list, location, inspiration, and even what music you like!
3. Photo day!: On the day of your session I will arrive 15-30 minutes early so that we can talk and scout out locations. I don't like to show up and immediately stick a camera in your face. My job is to make you feel comfortable and confident, and I find the best way to do that is to hang with you like the new pal that you are!

You'll have your images delivered to you via an online gallery within 14 days of the shoot. You're welcome to use your images on social media, on your website, and in online profiles.
